Rise & Shine is one of my works that holds a very special place in my heart, as it symbolizes new beginnings and fresh starts—every single day. Not in a burdensome way, far from the feeling of having to redo something, but in an uplifting way; as a natural part of life, close to joy and enjoyment, in harmony with gratitude for simply being. Rise & Shine serves as a reminder to explore the possibilities of filling life with what you desire and need.
That’s why it’s especially rewarding to exhibit it in one of the suites at Hotel Scandic Anglais, where it hangs beautifully above the bed, carrying its inspiring message to hotel guests—encouraging them to embrace the day with energy and positivity.
